Shree Mahendra Pal Tiwari
Leo Power was founded by Shree Mahendra Pal Tiwari in 2008. Primarily manufacturing open Storage Battery Company. Shree M.P. Tiwari purchased the machinery and tools from one of the battery manufacturing company which was shut down and looking for buyers for clearing the assets lying. Started the making of the storage battery in a two room rented land. His years of experienced in the battery line aided him to find potential customers and thus the production started.
Working day and night along with few workers and running across market to find dealers and retailers was his responsibility. He is a man of quality and ensures the same is adhered during the manufacturing process. His sharp vision and clear mindset has been the guide to success. He has never felt any work as small to large. Hi is a showman. Never shy away from displaying his ground and indepth knowledge to his team.
In 2014, the company purchased heat sealed plant. An upgradation to traditional technology of old open top repairable battery manufacturing process. As a person of quality department the company has able to make such long lasting Tubular batteries which on average has written life of upto 5 years but has practically lasted for about 8-9 years provided the maintenance and service of batteries periodically.
He currently holds 30+ years of experience in the industry. Starting from Nicco Batteries located at Surajpur, Greater Noida. Where he worked as a part of quality control department. Learning basics of battery industry for 14+ years than worked other organisation at various managerial roles.
The company manufactures the widest range of storage batteries in the world from 2.5 Ah to 20,400 Ah capacities, covering the broadest spectrum of applications. Thereafter, the companies started manufacturing storage batteries in the country and have grown to become one of the finest manufacturer of batteries in the regional market today. The company has grown steadily, modernised its manufacturing processes and taken initiatives on the service front. Constant innovations have helped the company to produce wide range of batteries extending from 2.5 Ah to 15000 Ah and covering various technology configurations.
